B.F. Saul The Construction Division

The Construction Division specializes in full-service construction management services including conceptual budgeting, design, development and on-site project management work to a full facet of projects ranging from tenant interiors to full-scale development projects. Their abilities have allowed them to construct some of B. F. Saul Company’s flagship properties; Tysons Park Place II (USGBC LEED Gold Certified), Tysons Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites at Dulles Airport and SpringHill Suites at Dulles Airport to name a few of the more recent projects. They have also developed a myriad of Class A office space for such notable firms as Adobe, Hilton Worldwide, and BAE Systems.

The goal of the Department is to provide top quality projects for the Company and to foster honest, high integrity relationships with the other departments within B.F. Saul Company as well as its Contractors, Consultants and Vendors.
